What We Do

Rotary Tropical North Queensland is a dynamic network of 11 Rotary clubs working across our region—from Mission Beach to Mossman, the Tablelands, and Cairns. Each club brings its own strengths and passions, but we all share a commitment to serving our communities and making a lasting impact.

Our Activities Include:

• Community Markets – Hosting regular markets that support local businesses and artisans while raising funds for community projects.
• Event Catering – Providing food and hospitality at public and private events, often as a fundraiser or community service.
• Fundraising Campaigns – Organising raffles, auctions, and creative initiatives to support local and international causes.
• Major Events – Coordinating festivals, expos, and public gatherings that bring people together and raise awareness.
• Social Gatherings – Hosting dinners, lunches, and movie nights that build fellowship and strengthen club bonds.
• Youth Exchange & Development – Supporting international exchange students and youth leadership programs that promote global citizenship.
• International Aid Projects – Partnering with Rotary clubs worldwide to deliver clean water, education, healthcare, and disaster relief.
• Community Support Services – Preparing and serving meals for the homeless, supporting local shelters, and assisting other organisations that care for vulnerable people in our region.
